Chocolate Banana Protein PANCAKE!

woof. feeling like I’m coming down with something.. Last night I was hoping to sleep it off, but that just didn’t happen. So- I’ve got to fuel the body right to hopefully feel better? hmm..

I’ve been seeing these protein pancakes all over the place. Have you? Check this one out.. oh and this one.

I found this one, and I revised it a little bit ;)

So here we go.

You need:

  • 1 egg (the happier, the better)
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 serving of chocolate protein powder (~1/3 c.)
  • 1/4 c. old fashioned oats
  • 1 t. ground flax seed
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • chocolate almond milk to your desired thickness

blend all together.. cook just like a pancake!

top with a little bit of maple syrup.. and dig in :)

They’re very filling.. and wicked good! not too sweet either.

Now thats a good way to start the day.. enjoy.
