woof. feeling like I’m coming down with something.. Last night I was hoping to sleep it off, but that just didn’t happen. So- I’ve got to fuel the body right to hopefully feel better? hmm..
I found this one, and I revised it a little bit
So here we go.
- 1 egg (the happier, the better)
- 1/2 banana
- 1 serving of chocolate protein powder (~1/3 c.)
- 1/4 c. old fashioned oats
- 1 t. ground flax seed
- pinch of salt
- pinch of cinnamon
- chocolate almond milk to your desired thickness
blend all together.. cook just like a pancake!
top with a little bit of maple syrup.. and dig in
They’re very filling.. and wicked good! not too sweet either.
Now thats a good way to start the day.. enjoy.
