Ran yesterday outside 3 miles, felt great again to get out. A bit chilly- but seems so fly by compared to the dreadmill. Today headed to the Y for a swim, and then core work. Focused on turning my whole body while breathing rather than just lifting my head.. finally my neck didn’t hurt!
