Pyramids.

Today Mom and I went out for some shopping.. and that’s it, we got so tied up shopping and looking around it took up all our energy so didn’t go get our nails or hair done.. OH WELL! there’s always next week for that :) Went to the Mall at Whitney Field in Leominster. They really have a ton of stores, all in one spot, so it was perfect. Spent most of our time in Old Navy.. and did a little damage. Got a few things on sale, including a cute skirt, a new purse, some wicked soft jeans, and a scarf! After we did some shopping, a protein bar & Apple were needed before heading to SAM’s club to get some groceries. All I needed were more walnuts, spinach, romaine and Eggs. We were exhausted after SAM’s club, so home it was. Kind of bummed we didn’t get a chance to do our nails and hair though.. or even Lunch! Next time we need to plan it better..

Once all the stuff was put away, I headed upstairs for a bike ride on the Trainer. JB suggested I try Pyramids. And that’s just what I did. The time flew by! 21 miles later, I realized drills and structure make the workout that much more enjoyable.

Dinner tonight: Shanghai Salmon
3 T. Rice Vinegar
3 T. Honey
2 T water
1/2 t. red pepper flakes
3 T. Soy sauce
3 T. Sesame oil
1/4 t. sugar
1/8 t. garlic powder
1/8 t. minced ginger
dash of salt&pepper

American Idol is on tonight! yes- go ahead and laugh,  but we love it!  and for tomorrow.. Work 3a-3p (Hope it’s a good day!) then a 3 mile run afterward..
