Winter is in full swing.. more snow to come FRIDAY! and bone chilling temperature drops by the weekend. Been so busy lately. Wedding stuff for my brother is all done, it was amazing, went very well. They did such a great job at pulling it all together in such a short amount of time!
The past few days have been so hectic, work, cleaning up and catching up. As for today I ran a few errands, returned a few things, and went to the gym where I did some running on the treadmill.. although, my shin’s were a little sore from running outside the other day, different sneakers, different terrain. that could be it. UGH.
Got my new Ryders cycling sunglasses in the mail yesterday from Bonktown still waiting for my Marmot jacket.. hurry up UPS man!
What’s for dinner? Rosemary&Garlic Pork chops:
Marinate boneless (or bone in) Pork chops in EVOO, fresh chopped rosemary (about 1.5T), and 2-3 cloves of chopped garlic with a sprinkle of pepper for 30 minutes of so, while you prepare your side dishes. Heat a cast iron skillet, sear the pork for 4 min on each side, then finish cooking in the oven until done..
